The Marilyn project features an single-family residential addition, 220 SF. to the front of the existing home, 615 SF interior remodel, and a 437 SF conversion to an accessory dwelling unit. The addition allowed the expansion of the kitchen and dining area for a spacious great room. This space included new skylights and a vault ceiling to bring in natural light.
