The 6th Ave Sky Lofts is a mixed-use development in Japan Town San Jose. The existing historical brick building will be preserved. The interiors will be improved and renovated into a lobby for residents and café. The second level will be a restaurant with access to the brick roof top deck. Upper levels will consist of business use and residential dwelling units.
