The Broadway Residence features a historical residence with handcrafted details including scalloped siding, curved pattern guardrail, new doors and windows that match the existing character of the home. The interiors include a newly renovated kitchen with double glass doors that open to a rear deck. There is also custom cabinetry, new appliances, vaulted ceiling with skylights. The stairs have been reframed and have new painted white guardrails that contrast with the natural hardwood flooring.
