Capri Residence

The Capri Residence is a new consturction two-story Mediterranean-inspired home designed for a prominent corner lot within an established residential neighborhood. The architecture combines classic Spanish Mediterranean elements with a clean, upscale residential character, creating a warm and timeless street presence.

The home features a layered clay tile roof, smooth light stucco exterior, dark-framed windows, and elegant arched openings that define the main facade. A covered entry, recessed for privacy, creates a welcoming arrival sequence, while the two-story arched balcony element adds vertical rhythm and architectural depth. Wrought-iron railings, decorative lanterns, and wood-toned garage doors enhance the traditional Mediterranean detailing.

The corner-lot orientation allows the residence to present a strong architectural identity from multiple street-facing angles. Manicured landscaping, low perimeter walls, black metal fencing, and curated planting beds soften the building massing and frame the home with a polished estate-like appearance.

At the rear and side of the property, detached garage structures, driveway access, and private yard areas are integrated into the site planning while maintaining a cohesive architectural language. The surrounding neighborhood context was considered to ensure the home feels elevated yet appropriately scaled within its suburban setting.

Overall, the Capri Residence balances luxury, warmth, and livability through carefully composed proportions, rich material expression, and a timeless Mediterranean design vocabulary.
