This historical building is located in downtown Los Gatos, CA. The scope includes a tenant improvement and rear addition for a restaurant, an outdoor deck with trellis and string lights, accessible upgrades, and a detached trash area. The goal of this project is to revitalize and maintain the character of the historical building.
