Oak Knoll Residence & ADU

Oak Knoll Residence
Oak Knoll Residence

The Oak Knoll residence blends contemporary farmhouse character with a warm, refined California sensibility. Clean stucco walls, dark-framed windows, natural wood accents, and deep roof overhangs create a timeless exterior with a strong connection between traditional residential forms and modern detailing.

The home is organized around comfortable indoor-outdoor living. Expansive windows and glazed doors open the primary living spaces toward the rear yard, pool, and landscaped terraces, bringing natural light deep into the interior while creating a seamless connection to the outdoor entertaining areas. Covered porches, carefully integrated railings, and layered landscaping give the home a relaxed, welcoming character from both the front and rear.

Throughout the project, the design emphasizes proportion, natural light, material warmth, and livability—resulting in a residence that feels elegant and thoughtfully tailored without sacrificing the comfort of a family home.
